This is a YouTube video titled "The volume of requests for taking the next step" containing a monologue or talk from October 4, 2023, discussing the importance of consistent effort and volume in business strategy, particularly in posting content regularly. The speaker addresses common challenges faced by coaches in maintaining consistent posting habits.
So you take that pressure off of I need to execute and I need to get this number by this date. You take that pressure off yourself so that you can get that reps and so you can get the volume in because volume is the name of the game. And so most people, they'll be like, I don't want to post every day. I don't want to post and I don't want to, I don't want to, you know, I don't want to show up and listen, I get it. I get it. In fact, one of my most common pieces that I that I say all the time is that just post every day is not a business strategy. And the reason why I say that is because what most people do, what most struggling coaches do is that they're just throwing spaghetti at the wall, for lack of a better word or lack of a better metaphor. That.
