This is a YouTube video titled "There are people who need YOUR work right now" containing a conversation between two speakers discussing the challenges fitness professionals face when sharing content online and emphasizing the importance of evidence-based contributions. The video was created on May 18, 2023.
If you're a smart, struggling fitness professional who is nervous about putting your content online or struggling to grow your business online, this is for you. Every time someone says to me, I can't, I'm an imposter and I can't put anything out because what can I say that hasn't already been sent? I see accounts like this. I watched a handful of those videos and nothing in there was evidence based or cited.
Or helpful.
For anyone who's struggling.
In fact, it was probably more harmful than good. Which means that if you are here, your work and your voice is needed so much more than you probably know.
