This is a YouTube video titled "Top Strategies for Boosting Your Instagram Engagement" featuring Beverley Simpson providing advice on optimizing Instagram profiles to attract and engage viewers effectively, focusing on profile photos and first impressions. The content is a monologue or presentation rather than a multi-speaker conversation.

Three places that are going to bring someone to click it and then go to your profile and then there your first impression. You need to answer those questions within the first seven seconds of coming to your profile. Will this work? Will this work for me? Do I need this now? Why should I listen to you?
