This is a YouTube video titled "Transforming Perspectives: How to Help Those Who Struggle" featuring Beverley Simpson speaking about her intention to support and shift the perspective of people who are suffering and struggling, emphasizing conviction and holding space for difficult reactions. The content is a monologue or speech focused on personal empowerment and helping others.

My intention is not to hurt other people. It's not to bring other people down. My intention is to shift perspective of my people who are suffering, suffering and struggling and need a new, better, different way. So I'm not trying to make other people wrong. I'm trying to get my people result results so you can be polarizing in kind. And the way to do that is to be convicted in what it is that you are here to share and to say back up your claims and reasons so that you can hold space for the fallout.
