This is a YouTube video titled "Unbelievable How COVID 19 Forced Me to Take My Training Online" featuring Beverley Simpson discussing how the COVID-19 pandemic and gym closures in Ireland prompted her to quickly adapt by creating home workout plans for her clients. The content is a personal account focusing on her passion for work and the shift to online training during the pandemic.
Yeah. So this was something that wasn't exactly planned by myself, but true divine intervention of COVID 19 pushed that way. And I suppose when the gyms all shut down in Ireland I straight away, it was funny, there was such a big divide. A lot of people, a lot of my peers as well sat back and went, we can't work. I straight away went into okay, how can I work? Because I think I have a probably a bit of a toxic relationship with work. I love it. Like I can work from morning to night and through my sleep if I let myself because I do love it. It's my purpose, it's my passion which I have to be mindful of as well. But when we were pushed online or sorry, when we were pushed out of the gyms and everything shut down, I obviously straight away figured, I reached out to all my clients, said, look, don't worry, I'm going to get your home workout plans ready.
