You bring up two things and I think that you're in your method you'll you'll also address this but like people are walking are unconsciously competent all the time. Right. We don't 95% of what we do and perceive is on automation which is the good thing because once you can rewire the brain to automate what you want then you're going to be locked in and solid. But so many people aren't even conscious to the truth about what it is that they are going through and experiencing because the brain is a wild thing. But what I'm curious about like even in what you were talking about the nuances of of some of these lines because we can point them out in extreme very easily. Oh I'm not like that because of blah blah blah blah blah blah. I'm not extreme like that. I'm not going to eat a whole sheet cake and I'm not going to continue to eat and I'm hurting but there's nuances here.
