I would say it really depends on the closer. There's certain people, like the people that I hire that are very experienced. Sometimes you're only going to get a year to 18 months because they've kind of climbed to the top of the mountain. And I'm like the top of the mountain, so to speak, in terms of the learning and growth. But you know, there, there's been people that have been doing it for three, four or five plus years. I find generally for companies, if you're, if you have a good system, right, like if you have good leads, you have a good offer, you have good close rates, you have good comp, and you take care of people and you have good culture, you know, I think 18 months to three years is honestly very, very reasonable. But it also depends on the person and you know, it depends on a lot of things. But you know, people who experience less than that chronically usually are tripping up either with their offer, their comp, the growth that they're allowing people, their culture, or something like that. And if those things get shirred up, I mean, people do stay a long time.
