This is a YouTube video titled "Uncovering the Secret to Attracting the Right Audience Surprising Tips You Wont Believe" containing a monologue or talk by Beverley Simpson recorded on June 23, 2023. Beverley discusses marketing strategies focused on identifying the right target audience, competitor analysis, positioning, language use, and client feedback through questionnaires. The content is a single-speaker presentation rather than a multi-person conversation.

Seems like everyone's like their own target audience. And I'm like, but are you right? So, you know, we really dive into that and we look also for opportunities in the marketplace. So you know, not only who you want to attract but also knowing who your competitors are not attracting. So finding that positioning once again, it's all about research, positioning and then language yourself mentioned you're, you know, a wordsmith. It's pretty easy to pick up when someone's being, you know, an authority for versus a guide or you know, how you say things like you should do this versus have you tried right. Like, so we get to pick up on that pretty quickly. And then I personally recommend if anyone's going to take anything away from today's chat is send out questionnaires to your clients to whoever it is, whether they're, you know, if they're leaving, that's that's still a good time to be asking why they left.
