Uncovering the Shocking Benefits of Hot and Cold Therapy

And why don't we put in a plunge and a sauna, put some wood on the walls, make it sexy, make it a spa. And I think this is really going to evoke change. I think it's going to help people because we could get down to the nerdiness of brown fat and metabolism and sympathetic and parasympathetics for the reasons of the cold exposure in the sauna. But for me it was like this is something I've seen actually change and help me. There's people that can't work out, don't work out. They're scared to go into a gym, they're scared to go into public. So what if I created instead of a bathhouse feel, what if I was the in and out burger of contrast space? I offer burger and fries for hot and cold. That's it. It's a private room. Ends with the meditation. You're in and out in 30 minutes. We're going to open in September, our first location in Montgomery, Ohio.
