This is a YouTube video titled "Uncovering the shocking reason why not getting questions is bad" featuring Beverley Simpson speaking about the importance of clarity in presentations and the significance of receiving questions as a measure of engagement and impact. The content is a monologue or talk by Beverley Simpson recorded in June 2023.
If you're going to ever pay someone or invest in training, know what outcome you're trying to get. And typically that comes from having clarity around a specific problem you're working to solve. The most obvious one that comes to mind for me is if you're not getting questions. If you don't get questions at the end of your presentation, that's not a good thing. That just. It typically means that you didn't do a very good job articulating how this message has some personal impact on the person or people you're sharing it with.
