Mean, and it's not their fault. Right? The school doesn't teach you how to do it. You get put into these gyms that, that. And I know, because I was a district fitness manager, that they end up prioritizing sales and over the education of what it actually takes to be a coach. And I think that they're inner. I think it's. It's not either or it has to be intertwined. And then what ends up happening, in my opinion, is that people then go, no, no, no, I'm not a salesperson. I'm a coach. I just need to be a coach. And which is fine. And then either they don't have a business because they can't communicate their. Their skills. Right. Because it really comes down to communication, or they throw money at the problem and be like, I'm just going to delegate it, but then they hire all these really expensive freelancers that can't communicate your message to your people in the way that you can. And I just think that it's a disservice, which is why we're here, essentially.
