And then I personally recommend, if anyone's going to take anything away from today's chat, is send out questionnaires to your clients, to whoever it is, whether they're, you know, if they're leaving, that's that's still a good time to be asking why they left. You know, it just a little bit of work, but understanding why people left, why people stay, what they love about you, what they're getting from you, getting that, you know, that's like a perfect starting point again, that research. So if you're not sure about, like, how things are landing, I really do recommend actually doing some research and learning before changing anything.
