Beverley emphasizes functional strength across various movements without aiming for extreme bodybuilding, highlighting a balanced approach to fitness.
And yes, it's amazing to be able to touch your toes and to bend and to contort and do all of these fancy. You know, we use hip cars. We do these controlled, articulate rotations. We do pails and rails. But that's not the whole workout. You know, we. We've had it right for a long time. The lunges, the squats, the rows, the overhead throws, the presses, rotations, flexion, extension, all these things, they have a place, and we don't have to try to reinvent the wheel. So. So I think, one, having a very proper assessment, knowing your client. Two, actually knowing your anatomy and not just throwing stuff on the wall and seeing if it sticks, but three, understanding and getting your client to buy into. Let's get strong. There's never been anyone that's been too strong. And I don't want to make you look a bodybuilder. I don't want to make you look like Ronnie Coleman. I don't want you to deadlift £750, but I want you to be strong in all planes of motion.
