And I see so many coaches, they take these incredible certifications, and then they go and try and apply it, and then. Then it doesn't happen. What it like, what's supposed to happen? The book says this is supposed to happen, and that's not what happened. So how are you discerning between, like, oh, we just need to stay the course, and that the results will come versus, oh, wait, this isn't working. We need to course correct this.
And so this is something that I do with all my clients is we basically, I take them through a movement assessment, and I see exactly how they move. I look at all their tests, and I really use that to guide what I'm going to do with them. As far as, like, the more, you know, corrective approach is, you know, really just looking at the assessments, and then we do a movement to basically improve range of motion or open up the outlet like I was mentioning earlier, or something like that, and then we retest, and that's super important.
