This is a YouTube video titled "Vulnerability and Support: A Journey for High Achievers" containing a monologue or talk focused on the importance of vulnerability and having supportive coaches for high achievers. The speaker discusses the challenges of vulnerability and the need for safe, non-judgmental support spaces. The content is motivational and reflective in nature, created in early 2025.
When you're surrounded by the right coaches who don't judge you, who have been through their own stuff and can hold that space for you. Because it takes so much vulnerability to walk into that with someone and have someone witness you. And with high achievers, most of us are very, very uncomfortable with vulnerability. It doesn't feel safe for us. You know this, right? It doesn't feel your nervous system starts to light up when you think about talking about stuff. Most of us have never been witnessed or held in that type of space before. So it's so important to find people and put those people in your corner that can hold space for that, that aren't going to project their stuff onto you, that are going to be able to witness you in your full 3D humanness and support you walking through the other side.
