What are the common patterns that clients see

A talk on strengthening family and marriage through concrete habits: walking kids before bed to calm them, and creating space for real conversations between partners. Small routines that build deeper connection.
So if you have children and you're having trouble getting them to sleep, I bet taking them for a 20 minute walk prior to bedtime would probably get them to settle down a little bit easier. So that's a really great way for you to get the hell off the couch, to get your family involved in your pursuits, to get them to understand different elements of healthy living. And now everybody wins because your evening is a lot more productive. And let's be honest, when people are sitting in front of the television with their significant other, there's no actual connection happening. There's no conversation that's going on. You're just sitting there mindlessly scrolling on your phone while something is out of the background. So it's not even a time of intimacy anymore. So I try to get people to relate to that. Like, hey, if you're having trouble with your marriage, instead of spending that time at night unwinding and sitting in front of the tv, why don't you start to have more interaction with your spouse, sit down and talk about what the next few days looks like, what do you guys want to do? Where do you want to go on vacation? How's your week been? You know, you know, what are some things that you're trying to work on for self development? So like have actual deep conversations.
