Beverley Simpson explains why she coaches women over 40. She was shaped by the strong women around her and wanted to serve clients who reminded her of them, women with experience and clarity about what they want.
Of course men need this help too, but I just never felt super called to it, to working with the general population. And not that there's there's nothing wrong with that if that's what people want to do, but it just wasn't what really lit me up. Strong women have always been a part of my life, not in the physical sense, but I was raised by, by my mom and my grandma. I didn't have a lot of strong, like strong male figures in my life growing up. And and so I've just always believed in the power of women and the strength of women. And so it's a really important kind of core formative thing for me. And then looking at over the last few years how I continue to narrow down who I'm talking to and really create specific opportunities in my coaching and in my programs to be more exclusive for the purpose of being able to better speak to my ideal client.
