This is a YouTube video titled "What keeps the work fun?" featuring Beverley Simpson sharing her reflections on the repetitive nature of her work in fitness and coaching, and how the novelty for her comes from helping new clients who are experiencing the information for the first time. The content is a personal monologue or talk recorded in March 2024.
So the. The work feels monotonous only because the. The general process is the same for everyone. Now, the thing that keeps it fresh is that every time I'm working with a new client, they are experiencing those lessons, those changes, those whatever for the first time. And it's always this, oh, my God, I didn't know that. And every time I think that, like, hey, like, who am I to make another podcast or make another post? Like, all this information's out there. Like, I'm not. I'm not the world expert in fat loss or in muscle building or. And even if I was, like, all the information's out there, who am I to say anything? There are so many people, as many people as we think we've helped. There are so many other people who are hearing this stuff for the first time. And you're like, hey, you should eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. And they're like, oh, my God, never knew that before. And the rest of us are sitting there thinking, like, I've seen this like 8 million times, and that was just yesterday. So. So the thing that keeps it interesting for me is knowing that there are so many more other people out there who need our help.
