I think the. The hardest people really are like the old guys with their, like, elbows behind them and their chest super depressed. And they don't have, like, you know, they don't have a butt and stuff like that. They're just really rigid. And they don't have very much muscle either to be able to really, like, you know, change things. And like, you know, because, like, you know, part of this is their ability to move their own body. And if they don't have that ability, then it makes it really challenging. And so I, you know, I'll be honest, I can't help everyone.
