The content is a monologue or talk by Beverley Simpson recorded in April 2023.
I've attracted a lot of people that used to be like me ages ago, which is that taking the action wasn't necessarily the issue. Most people will say take action, take action. Because they are motivating and inspiring people to take necessary action. Which is cool and great, with the exception that taking action but then getting a chip on your shoulder, taking action and then still making it mean something about you and or mean something about the business that is also detrimental. It's not just that you're taking action, it's that you're taking action and then recognizing the difference between an outcome, a result, and performance and then meaning we make about it.
