Oh, they know I love them. They've been here for four years. They're happy. Like, no, they don't. Because all you've done for the last 21 days is show them a new project. A new. You haven't said, thanks for getting that project done. Thanks for getting that project done. Thanks for nailing that project. All you're doing is piling more on. I really think that most. Most leaders really suck at that, and I think it sucks.
