In this promotional video, Cameron Herold announces a 3½‑day, in‑person COO Alliance summit in Barcelona, Spain, scheduled for October 2026. The event mirrors the original CEO Alliance gatherings from a decade ago, limiting attendance to 14 COOs plus Herold. The first day‑and‑a‑half consists of each participant delivering a 15‑minute presentation on a personal or business skill they excel at, creating a rapid knowledge‑sharing session. The remaining day‑and‑half is devoted to each attendee presenting a major challenge they face within their organization—ranging from leadership issues to team dynamics—while the group collectively brainstorms solutions, leveraging the collective expertise in the room. Herold emphasizes the value of this peer‑driven format, invites CEOs to bring their COOs (or join themselves), and stresses that the expertise needed to solve these problems is already present among the participants.

This October, we're running an event in Barcelona, Spain that I'm super excited about. The reason I'm excited about it, it's the exact same format as the very first 2 in-person CEO Alliance events that we ran 10 years ago. It's a small event. It's only 14 COOs and me in Barcelona for 3 and a half days. 10 years ago when we ran the event, we brought 10 COOs together. We're running the exact same format that we ran 10 years ago. Each of the 14 people that are showing up are going to do a 15-minute presentation to the rest of the group on one skill area that they're really strong in, either something that they're strong in personally or something that their business is really excellent at. That really encompasses the first day and a half where every member is presenting to everyone else in the group. The last day and a half of the event, each of the 14 attendees is presenting a big problem they're having inside of their company, either a problem with their leadership Maybe a problem with someone on their team or their CEO, something they're struggling with that their company needs to get better at. And the rest of the 14 of us are going to help problem solve and brainstorm and unstick them from that problem they're having. So that format is why I'm excited, because we're going to get to see that all of the expertise that we need is in the actual room. All of the expertise that we need is the rest of the members in the CEO Alliance. So hopefully you can send your COO, or if you're a CEO, you can join me.
