This is my first time coming to the CEO Alliance conference in Boston. I will definitely be coming to the Vancouver one. This experience has been truly incredible, being able to connect with all different types of people from different backgrounds. I know that this has been shared multiple times, but we do share very similar things. One of the other things that I wanted to also touch base on that I absolutely love about the CEO Alliance, it's also been in Cameron's Invest in Your Leader scores. For myself, intuitively, I have done the majority of the things through the course. However, having gone through it myself, I now have language to tie to that and also numbers tied to that. I put every single one of my leaders, all of them, they're going through the course. Any leaders that we come in, that's part of now their training going forward is just incorporated into it because of how valuable it is. Even though our leaders just started this a few weeks ago, the changes that have started happening and how I see the growth in them as leaders, there was people that we were thinking, are they going to make it or not as leaders? And now it is a definitive yes because of the speakers.
