Really been enjoying the COO alliance event. Always get a lot out of these events. Two of the ones that really stick out, though, as far as what are our main takeaways is always the community and the connection with other members, and just the wisdom that you get to receive from each person, as well as the support and encouragement. There really truly isn't anything like that anywhere that I've ever seen for what we do. And so that's definitely always seems to be the top takeaway. The second takeaway is continuing to just really reiterate how important it is to have a clear operating system for your company to be able to continue to scale and support growth. All the revenue growth in the world is only as good as the operating system to be able to support it. So that reminder is always challenging for me and is something I'll continue to walk back with and evaluate how we can continue to improve.
