Cameron Herold shares a leadership move for group decisions: ask what everyone else thinks before you weigh in. This way your opinion doesn't bias the room and you get honest input first.

I am the one that will wait and say, well, what does everybody. You know, what feels right? What are you thinking? What are you thinking? What about this? And see, they'll say, okay, well, that. I think that that works. I said, you know, I was thinking about X. It's like, okay, well. And if everybody's like, well, I don't really want to do X, and I'm like, that's cool, but I will at least offer my opinion. But I tend to do it at the end so that I'm not clouding the direction that that group wants to take. Ladies.
