Looking for an identifying talent is the key to success. You can have a map, you can have a strategy. You got to have a great idea and a vision that there's no doubt about that, right? You have to have some product that's worthy no matter what it is. But if you don't have people that can execute it and understand how to be a team player within that environment, it's not going to work. It's just, you know, because ultimately you can't be one person doing anything or two people, right? Particularly if you want your business or your organization to scale at impact, right?
