And so I'm constantly dialed into them, obviously hearing where their challenges are, but figuring out how do I enable them to go solve the problem as opposed to becoming the bottleneck myself, creating connection across the functions. Maybe it's kind of pointing them to a resource, a new framework, a new way of thinking about things.
