So I want to give you a quick lesson from duck hunting. My grandfather owned a hunting and fishing resort. We spent a lot of time duck hunting together. And one of the things I learned about duck hunting is you need to actually understand the decoys to pull the ducks into your blind. What did your job description look like and read like? Have you had a copywriter polish that up? What's your company physical office space look like? What are your glass door reviews and your indeed reviews? Those are all the decoys that are going to help pull people into your business. And there's systems and tools that you have to use to get better at all of those.
