We're wasting so much time because we're being lazy and moving too quickly. Slow down. I'm a big systems person. Vision without execution is hallucination. You got to work towards stuff but there's a lot of other stuff that comes out from the secret as well and I really encourage you to re watch it and see how you can bring all of these systems into your business. If you've got titles and roles ensure that they're clear right from the CEO to the COO clear org chart clear roles and responsibilities clear metrics clear reporting structure and make sure that everybody in the organization knows that and communicate it communicate it communicate it communicate it communicate it over communicate until your people are making fun of you and then you know your ideas are starting to stick.
