Cameron Herold advises entrepreneurs to audit everything on their plate by listing each task in Excel (one task per row), categorizing tasks in Column B using four labels — I (incompetent), C (competent), E (excellent), U (unique ability) — and recording an effective hourly rate in Column C to identify delegation opportunities. His recommendation: if you don’t have someone to delegate to, find someone and delegate the task.
