A short transcript excerpt from a May 29, 2025 YouTube video by Cameron Herold titled "The COO Playbook: Strategies These 58 Leaders Are Taking Home." At a CEO Alliance event in Vancouver, ~58 COOs quickly report the dollar value of ideas they gained (responses range from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions). All right. We are wrapping up our CEO alliance events in Vancouver. We had about 58 COOs from all over the world just asking them what they believe they got in value in terms of big ideas for their company, in terms of how much they can save their company or make their company. We're just going to go around the railing really fast and find out what they think they've got in dollar values. Let's go half a million to 750. 3 million. 650,000. 600,000. 1.5 million.
275,000. 2.1 million.
Half a million. 10 million. 350,000. 1,302,000. Half a million. 400,000 millions.
160,000.
800,000.
Half a million.
900,000. 1.2 million. 700,000. Half a million. 10 million dot 50.
So 250,000.
1.9 million. Half a million.
750,000.
50 million.
4 million.
Least. Half a million. 10 million. Half a million. 2 million.
400,000 million.
500,000. 1.5 million.$250,000. 800,000 millions. Half million. 300,000. 160,000. All right. Now, we all know that vision without execution is hallucination. But that's a lot of big ideas with a lot of value there. My recommendation is they all go back to their companies, debrief with their CEO, try to put in place the projects with the low pain in the ass factor, the ones that are going to give them the highest result with the least amount of work. But that's a lot of value considering they each only spent $6,000 to come.
