My name's Peter Markham. I work with Kintech Footwear and Orthotics up in Vancouver, B.C. and into Ontario. We specialize in custom foot orthotics, retail footwear and bracing. So I got introduced into the investing or leadership program from Cameron. I did it myself and I've rolled it out to five of my main leaders so far. And the next step is sort of our next level of management. The best benefit for us is that it's quick, it's got action points in it, it's very easy to consume, allows me to quickly sort of grow up, step my managers into the next level, allow them to train more leaders themselves. It's been very easy to integrate and work through all my different team.
