So don't just say sorry, fix the actual underlying process. Again. I try to create a no blame environment where if something goes wrong I don't want my employees to feel bad that something's gone wrong. It's really never their fault. There's a system that's broken or a system that's missing and if we fix that underlying system that's where we'll actually be able to scale the company. But if we're worrying about and blaming people for something going wrong, they tend to kind of get upset. So what I don't want is an employee to come to me and say oh sorry something happened. It's, it doesn't really matter. It's not about saying sorry. It's about saying hey this happened. Here are some systems that might be broken. Can we talk about those or here's what I think we need to fix to fix those. It's really about fixing the underlying system, not just saying sorry.
