The good news is that we are growing quickly. The challenges are plentiful, so there's lots of interesting, meaty problems, both business and technical, that we can put talented, aggressive people against. It's nice in that we don't have to search high and low for the next challenge. For somebody, it's usually right in front of them, and you'll actually see the folks rise to the occasion and proactively take that challenge without even us necessarily pointing them at it.
