Just a couple words on the COO Alliance. As an entrepreneur, I have just so many programs and coaching that I can plug into, but it's my operations officer who is really running the show around here. They're the person who actually knows what's going on, and I might argue that their performance has an even bigger impact on the trajectory of the business than mine. I come up with crazy ideas and they actually implement them. So I'm just so happy that the alliance is available in a community that could bring together these operational officers to get out of the office, get in their heads, think a little bit, and sharp iron with some of the best people in the industry.
