Hi, I'm Darrell Epps with Genius Network and I'm here at the COO alliance and hanging out with Cameron. This is an amazing experience. And the reason is because I deal with, in my current position with a lot of entrepreneurs and CEOs and people like that, they have a place to go. But me as a coo, dealing with them, I have no place with them. I don't understand them. I don't. Well, I don't understand what they do or how they do things or how they even think. And so what this has done is this has allowed me to have an understanding of my boss and the people that we deal with. It's also given me confidence in how I can do my job and how I can make a difference at my current company. The amazing thing is that Cameron has taught me to have different tools that I am able to use to help me in my role every day as a coo. How to look at different indicators on how to be profitable, different growth indicators, what's good growth, what's not good growth. He has also helped me have an understanding of how to deal with certain situations with employees and some of the growth pains that we have with growing our business. And it's made me appreciate the group that I'm with and the people that I'm dealing with that are COO's as well. We have a lot of the same issues and the same problems and we're able to learn and grow and be able to gain an understanding that we're not the only COO that has these problems or these issues, that there's so many of us that can get together and share some of these things in a setting where it's private and that there's confidence and confidential and that we're not going to be having any information that's going to go anywhere else, but that stays here with our tight knit little group that we're able to be able to share those ideas and learn and grow and be able to be the best CEO that's possible.
