Hello, my name is Dom Farnan, Founder and CEO of dotconnect. I enrolled my COO in the COO alliance earlier this year. Why I like having her in the program is that it's an opportunity for her to meet with other COOs and peers, and even COOs at bigger companies and learn from them while also contributing her knowledge and wisdom and sharing what we're going through as a business. She feels seen, heard, supported. She feels like she's in a community of peers that she can learn from and vent to in a safe space. And that's been really powerful for how she shows up for me as a direct report, and then also how she shows up as a leader within my organization. So if you haven't already enrolled your coo, I highly recommend getting them involved in the COO Alliance.
