I'm Dr. Charles Moak with Allure Medical and I want to talk about the COO alliance. I got involved with this or heard about it about a year and a half ago. I listened to a podcast and signed my right hand lady up for it. It's Teresa on the branch and she just loved it. And what really she loves about it is that fact she's got her own tribe. A lot of things she was going to for education were things that I was interested in and I was really the visionary of the business and I was over here and she was actually doing all the work and running the business. She choose over here and she really needed to have her own people to work with, her own team, her own cooperators and she just absolutely loves it. I can see changes in her right away and she feels like she can participate and also learn. So it's been great for us. Thank you very much.
