He joined about a year prior to this clip to expand his network and learn from more experienced COOs. The event and community have helped his personal and leadership development (less business-focused, more self-focused), provided a safe, non-judgmental space for an introverted leader to grow, and he expresses appreciation for Cameron Herold and the community.

My name is James Davies and I'm the COO of Kinetic Data. I found the COO alliance listening to the COO alliance podcast. I've been listening to that for a couple of years, and I've been a member of the COO alliance for about a year. I was looking to expand my network. I'd never been a COO before, so wanted to learn, get some wisdom from some of the elders in the group. This event's been great for me because it's been all about developing myself as an individual and as a leader within the company, less focused on the business and more focused on myself. I'm an introvert myself, but I've learned over the years that getting comfortable with the uncomfortable is very important. And so this event is a safe place. There's no judgment. We all feel like imposters here, and it's been worth every penny. Yeah. Cameron, you've been inspirational to me well before I became a member of the COO Alliance. I really appreciate the work that you're doing with coos and giving a community.
