Hi, Jesse Matney. My company is just Thrive. We are a supplement company based in Illinois. We're a remote company. So for us we had challenges with building a culture, building teams, putting together structures when we are basically stretched out in three different time zones. What I found with CLO alliance is that it's really helped us create processes and structure to start at building a world class team. It's helped us create the culture, it's helped us grow substantially actually within the industry that we're in. My biggest takeaways from all of the events that I attend are the networking events. Content's amazing. Cameron brings some incredible people in. Cameron has amazing experience to be able to provide that. But for me it's also about who I'm meeting, who are the attendees, what's their experience and being able to take that away and start tapping into that in between the meetings. So I've built some great connections, I built some great friendships out of this group and I have to say we've definitely seen a return on that initial investment.
