My name is Jill Simons and I am with paleohacks, which is a media marketing company in the health industry. And this is my second event with COO Alliance. And it's just been an incredible network of professionals from such a diverse background of companies experiences and such specific and unique needs that I feel like there's so much experience to gain in areas that were kind of unexpected at first. And finding ways to relate with other business professionals and leaders has been so fruitful and very insightful. Different ways and perspectives of looking at challenges and issues or challenges that every organization faces, no matter what your organization looks like, no matter what the size of your organization is, have been really impactful for me, for our company. I've been able to gain insight and sort of tangible steps to solving issues that I can really take with me in addition to the accountability. So the accountability within a network like this to really push ourselves to make the change that's needed to resolve issues or to approach problems or opportunities and really take action in those, has really brought me to a new level of leadership and guiding our company through change.
