So look, the biggest thing that from a dollar and cents sign of it that I've learned is that when Cameron was talking about the customer service, you need less customer service people if your products and services are solid. And I am certain I could cut $100,000 off of payroll just on that one tidbit, which obviously more than pays for this. But to me, this is so much more about personal growth because at the end of the day, you could get a tidbit from a book or from Cameron on $100,000 savings, but if we don't grow into the people we're meant to be, that's where it's all about. And so realizing that I am the sum of my averages and my team is the sum of their averages really explained why we're stuck in the growth mode that we're in right now, 100% and being able to communicate better through. You know, Michael does a great job of explaining. Communication has been awesome. But that's this time's bonus round. I seem to pick up something every single time. Last time around, being with Tom and Brian on commit to three has made me a tremendously more strategic person. I mean, the accountability. Tom won't let you get away with shit. So the accountability is there. Right. And that really made a difference for last time and the time before that. The thing that Aaron said, it still sticks with me and that is always know who you are so that when you're beating somebody up, you realize the importance of your words based on the position that you hold and those things. I'm telling you, it's been a game changer for me. So this has been my one year anniversary. And then once we're done negotiating, is there going to be time to make another package? I really value everybody in this room and I value this organization.
