So I just got back from COO alliance meeting at the Phoenician in Phoenix and what a time it was. I've been to a number of mastermind groups and Cameron just always does such a good job. This particular meeting was about culture and we heard presentation from members and experts and I have a book full of things to add to what we're doing here at Mailings Limited on culture. And it'll probably take until the next meeting to implement everything that we've gained from this meeting. The other thing I wanted to mention about this meeting is Cameron had us hike Camelback Mountain before the first day's events and it was mandatory for anybody that was able bodied to hike this mountain. Not many mastermind groups do things like that as a group and just about everybody did go and it was really special and really fun versus a mastermind at that part, it felt more like a master mixer where we would get to know our fellow COO alliance members on a different level. And even the next day we started the day with high intensity interval training team exercises, which was really fun. So between that and the dinner meetings, the lunch, I really feel like a mixer is a good way to explain these in person meetings that we're having. And there's so much benefit from the interpersonal relationships that we get to build as well as the information that we bring home to implement in our businesses. I'm looking forward to the next one.
