I'm Katie. I'm one of the co founders at Weshape. I've worked with Cameron in private coaching and one on one coaching. I've also been a part of his COO alliance and I've had our VP of Operations join the COO alliance as well. And I really just can't thank him and his team enough for all of the value they offered us. I mean, everything from vision to process to certain metrics that were important for us to be tracking. It was all of the big vision stuff that was really critical so the team could get on the same page and be working towards the same goal. But it was also the day to day stuff that really made such a big impact when it was all put together.
