Hi, my name is Rick Skidmore and I'm the Founder and CEO of Timberlane. Timberlane manufactures custom exterior window shutters and garage doors and serves the residential community throughout North America. We've been in business for 27 years and are widely considered a leading brand in our industry. I've been a longtime member of ypo, which stands for Young Presidents Organization, and I found my tribe of other entrepreneurs there years ago. When Russ Anderson assumed our COO role a little over a year ago, I I wanted to provide a similar peer support network as I found in ypo, but something tailored to the unique dynamic between the CEO and the coo, or what's often referred to as the visionary and the integrator. The COO alliance has been a great resource for Russ, for Timberlane, and for me as the CEO and founder. Our relationship is bulletproof and we both respect the unique skill sets that we bring to the business on a day to day basis. I highly recommend the COO alliance for others seeking a similar resource.
