Why Russ Palmer, President & Owner of Titan Restoration, Chose COO Alliance

Hi, my name is Russ Palmer with Titan Restoration. I'm the owner here. I'd like to thank Cameron and his team at COO alliance for all the work that they've done with my coo Sammy. Sami joined about a year and a half ago, almost two years now, freshly promoted to coo. She had no idea what she was doing and as a CEO, I had no idea how to train her or tell her what to do. So we reached out to Cameron and his team and they were able to squeeze her in and get her in with a group of like minded coos that allow her to grow. She found a tribe, she found a group of people that can help her out, that she can reach out, be a resource to and dealing with their CEOs and also with dealing with the operations of the companies that they're running. Again, I'd like to thank Cameron and his team for doing that and look forward to all the additional items that Cameron and his team continue to do for for Sammy here at Titan Restoration.
