Why Sami Erhart, COO of Titan Restoration of Arizona, Chose COO Alliance

Hi, my name is Sami Earhart. I'm COO at Titan Restoration of Arizona. I've been a member of the COO alliance since November of 2021. I was asked by my CEO to join this alliance to help better handle him and his entrepreneur ways. It has been everything I expected it to be. I met Cameron years ago, actually doing work at his old home here in Scottsdale, and I recommend it to anybody new to the role. COO was definitely a position I wasn't even aware I was in until I was given the title. So it's been great to connect with other people in the same situation. Different industries spread across, you know, the country, and the value add is definitely worth the investment.
