Hey, uriel Kim here, CEO and founder of HealthPreneur. I just want to give a quick shout out to Cameron Herold and the COO alliance, our Director of Ops and client success. Bella has been part of the group for the past year. It's been a really good experience for her because obviously, as you may or may not know, unless you're surrounded by other COOs or Director of ops, it's kind of a lonely playground and it's hard to figure things out by herself. So at least for Bella, being surrounded by other amazing CEOs and Ops people has been very useful for her in terms of looking at things differently. Whether it's hiring or processes or just business design in general has been very, very useful in terms of her growth and learning from others who are further ahead and just bouncing ideas back and forth. So it's been a great experience for her. Yeah, overall it's been awesome.
