Cameron Herold explains why COOs should stay in the CEO Alliance beyond year one: their CEO's endorsement. This is the number one reason why your COO should renew their membership in the CEO Alliance for another year. Because you said so. Now listen to me. Hear this one out. One of our members is now in their 8th year of membership. His name is Guy Berry. He works for a company called Redirect Health and his CEO, David Berg, when Guy decided after 7 years he wasn't going to renew for his 8th year, Dave said, no, no, you are renewing for your 8th year. And in fact, you will stay a member of the CEO Alliance for as long as you're a COO of Redirect Health. And here was his explanation. Dave said, I've been in Strategic Coach for 17 years. I've been a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization for almost 20 years. I've been a member of the Genius Network for about 10 or 11 years. You don't join something and then leave. Being in something like the CEO Alliance, where you're the second in command of a company, is where you grow your skills, your confidence, and your connections. And it's a compound effect. The longer you stay with it, the longer, the bigger all of those relationships get, the bigger all of your skills get, the, the greater your confidence grows. You end up having that, that really built-in mentor board of advisors. So the number one reason why your COO should renew, and if you've never had a COO as a member, the number one reason your COO or second in command should even join is because you said so. So why don't we just hop on a quick call, drop us a note, whatever you need to do. Let's get your second in command into the CEO Alliance, or if they're already a member, let's keep them renewing and also get them to come to one of the in-person events that we run every year. We have one in September every year at MIT's Endicott House. We have one in the spring in Vancouver, Canada. And we're also holding one in Barcelona this October. Let's get your second in command involved.
