A ring, scissors, a pencil, a ruler and glue for fabrics, adhesive or silicone. The first thing we need to do is measure our dog's neck. Then we take the ribbon, cut the centimeters of the neck and add 12 more to be able to incorporate the buckle. We cut, insert the ring, take the buckle and glue each of the ends. If we don't add those 12 extra centimeters, the collar will be too small. Let it dry and check that the collar is perfect. Then we take a piece of fabric, measure the part of the collar that the flag should occupy and mark it with a pencil. Since we'll need a square, we take one end and move it to the opposite end to draw it. Then we mark about 7cm more. You'll see why later. And we cut the rectangle of fabric to form the flag. What we have to do is take the lower right point and fold it to the opposite side. Then we take the lower left point and do the same. To make sure it's well sealed, we glue both the ends and the edges just like we're doing now, so that we can hold the dog's leash. We mark the size of the ring on the fabric and make a vertical cut. Then we glue the upper part like this, leaving enough space to insert the collar while it dries. We take the opportunity to prepare the decoration of the flag. We have chosen to cut letters from the fabric and add a shape to make it look prettier. Then we glue everything together and let it dry. When it's ready, we pass the collar through the space we left and the ring through the cut in the fabric. This way we can make several flags and alternate them. As you can see, this is a very simple and unique collar. Perfect for calm dogs.
